Prepare to be torn asunder by the God of Thunder! Again we’re treated to uncompromising Power Metal delivered with the force of thunder. The exotic “Queen of the Damned” is a shout-out to the movie of the same name. “Release the Beast” is wild and dangerous. With its Viking imagery and strong musicianship, “The Return of Odin’s Son” could’ve been the best track on the album if it lost the backing female vox. “Lords of Steel” is a homage to Metal. The “Devastation of Musculation” title track is annihilating. “Union Of Power” has fists pumping in the air along with it.
